Shopping Online
You will receive confirmation of your order at our online store
within one business day, excluding holidays. Your
card is never charged until your item is shipped. If we have not yet
shipped your order, it may be cancelled by you without penalty. However, we
generally ship same or next day, so it is critical that you contact
us very soon after placing your order, if you wish to cancel. Orders
are shipped by U.S. Postal Service priority mail.
We validate credit card addresses and
reserve the right to not process any order, if card issues exist. If
shipping to an alternate address (different from your credit card's
address) we will need your phone number associated with your credit
card. We may validate this number with your bank if there is any
question about your order. This is done to protect our customers,
particularly at holiday time!

Sales Tax. Sales tax on material
sales applies to clients with physical locations or billing
addresses in D.C. only.
Payment Methods
How can I pay for my order?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express by
banks within the United States. Cards from outside the US will
undergo additional processing and may be denied, lacking sufficient
information for risk reduction.
Orders paid by company check or
personal check or money order may incur additional delays. Such
orders will not be processed until the check clears.
All credit card orders are subject to
verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your
protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your
billing address may require additional verification. Cards failing
address verification may be cancelled, and, if shipped, will be
required to have a signature for delivery.
Pricing Errors. We reserve the
right to fix typos or pricing errors that may occur on the web site,
including the right to cancel a sale. If a pricing error occurs the
customer will be presented with a revised invoice, with the option
to proceed or cancel.
Return Policy
- If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you may return UNUSED, RESALABLE, returnable
products to us for a refund or exchange, provided you notify us
and we receive the item back in our warehouse within 20 days of
the original date of delivery. Refund is limited to the price of
the product, less any shipping costs.
- Buyer is responsible for mailing back the items to us at
their expense. All packages must be marked with your RMA number
(read more below).
- Damaged items are handled differently. Please
e-mail
us if damage has occurred during shipment.
- Order shortages, damages or discrepancies must be claimed
within 5 days of receipt of order.
- All returns and refunds are subject to final approval from
our Customer Service Department. A 15% restocking fee
applies when returning items.
- If an order is refused, shipping charges are non refundable
and all restocking fees will still apply.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
- Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be
credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges
we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees
will still apply.
Return Instructions

with the following information requesting a refund or exchange:
1. Order number
2. Product number and/or name
3. Reason for return
4. Note type of return (Refund, Exchange, Replacement)
We will reply via email with a Return
Material Authorization number (RMA#), which MUST be issued prior to
accepting any returns. Packages without an RMA number cannot be
accepted at our warehouse.
Please return items in their original box. Include the original
packing slip or copy of the receipt, and the RMA number. The RMA
number should also be clearly visible and on the shipping label.
Also, please make sure that the package is securely wrapped.
You may drop off the package at any US
Postal service or carrier of your choice. Again, please note that we
can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our
error, otherwise, shipping costs are your responsibility.

When will I receive my exchange or
refund?
Once the package is picked up from your location, it could take
one to eight days to return the item back to our warehouse. We will
exchange or issue credit within 14 business days of receiving items
with authorized RMA numbers. Please note that credit card refunds
may not appear until the following billing cycle.
What are the other guidelines?
- All returns must be received in our warehouse no later than
20 days from the original date of delivery.
- A refused order will be handled as a returned order.
- Order shortages, damages or discrepancies must be claimed
within 5 days of receipt of order.
- Products subject to misuse and/or mishandling are not
eligible for a refund. Missing parts or manuals could result in
restocking fees.
- Any item returned after 20 days will not be credited and
will be the sole property of DiceHoldem (Davis Campbell
Engineering LLC).
- Backorders are automatically canceled off the order if they
are not back in stock within 2 weeks.
No credit needs to be issued for
backordered items, your credit card is charged only for items that
are shipped. Note: if the manufacturer requires that we pay to
backorder an item, we will confirm this exception with you, before
charging your card.
Currently we do not offer a print
catalog, but feel free to shop online or email us.
